Palmers Luminous is a non-toxic, water reducible, phosphorescent paint that glows in the dark!! This acrylic paint can be applied to nearly any surface with a regular paint brush and it dries quickly to a permanent finish. To ensure permanence, allow to dry for three days before washing painted items.
To eyes that are accustomed to the darkness, Luminous casts a greenish-white glow, and can be "recharged" by exposing painted object to a bright light. Ideal for a child's night light, toys, figurines, walls, ceilings light switches, electrical outlets, and bicycles.
