If you receive your product(s) in damaged condition, contact us immediately for replacement instructions. You have ten (10) business days from the receipt of your product to report any and all damaged items. Should you fail to notify McGuckin Hardware within the allowable time-frame, we will not file a claim for damaged materials and you will be required to replace the items at your expense. In the event that any damages are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you may contact us within the applicable warranty time period and we will assist you by providing the manufacturer contact information. McGuckin Hardware is not responsible for manufacturers warranties.

We can ship ONLY in the United States. Sorry we can not ship to APO addresses. We also  do not accept orders placed outside of the US for delivery in the US. We Ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), and FedEx.Express.

All orders will take two to three business days to process. At times we may be out of stock on certain items. In that case, we will contact you if an item is on back order and will ask you if you would like to keep a back order in our system or if you would like cancel your order for a full refund.
