Prime-Line H 3686
The H 3686 casement crank handle is bronze die-cast and has a 11/32 in bore spindle. This fits most operators with a 11/32 in bore spindle such as H 3568 through H 3571. It offers excellent torque for easy opening and closing of windows. The crank handle projects out from the operator 3 in.
